Does TamTam work with no Internet?
They claim they do have an offline mode. I have tested it. With no Internet I can see my chats and channels. I can create a new message and it will be saved as a draft. But no miracle here, you still need an Internet access to send messages and get updates, as well as to make or receive a call.
